ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic land development project team.  As the Supervisor you will be responsible site works including bulk earthworks, drainage, services and roads. Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Planning of the works, working closely with the Project Manager
  • Coordinate resources, subcontractors and materials
  • Day-to-day planning, coordination and on-site supervision
  • Monitor HSE standards and compliance
  • Ensuring works are delivered to program

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Previous experience on land development, drainage or roadwork projects
  • Sound knowledge of subdivision processes including scheduling, planning and execution
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
